I took a jar of prepared spaghetti sauce and added a can of crushed tomatoes [plus cooked ground beef and sautéed mushrooms]. Now upon cooking it on low for a few hours it tastes way too acidic and bitter. Without dumping a bunch of sugar into it (something I prefer to avoid) what can I do?

I am looking for a yummy recipe for icing. I am used to making the normal Wilton buttercream recipe, but I don't like the texture or flavor. I ate a cake once that was iced with buttercream icing, but the icing was more shortening based. Best icing I have ever tried. It had a soft smooth texture, and wasn't so sweet. It also was just as easy to decorate with as regular buttercream. Can anyone help?

I have a new recipe I want to try in my slow cooker. It calls for frozen egg noodles to be added at the end. However, I have a HUGE bag of dry egg noodles that I get from Sam's. Do you think I could use these instead and maybe add a little water? Or should I cook the noodles first then stir them in. Anyone know? Thanks :)

I am looking for a soft plain chocolate cookie dough. (no nuts, no chips no nothing)
