On the Food Network's Road Tested program (Seattle episode), I saw a pie made by the Alaska Silk Pie Company. It's called Cafe Diablo Pie. It has 7 layers, chocolate and white chocolate amongst others, made with different spices like cloves and liqueurs and a crust of nuts with caramel. It's made in a tall springform pan.
Anyone figured out a copy recipe?

You could go on the food network website. But the white and dark silk chocolate was made form a "secret " recipie that the cook did not give out.
