Mine have been in the fridge for about a week shells are still on. Are they safe?

I've tried so many times keeping the hard boiled egg in the fridge for 1 week and it is safe.

According to the American Egg Board, hard cooked eggs should be kept in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Your pushing it a bit. I wouldn't eat them after 4 - 5 days.

You can keep them a week or two if they are in the shell.
