Does anyone have the recipe for the no-bake cheesecake that used to be on the Philly cream cheese boxes? I haven't been able to find the "plain" one. I remember that aside from the cream cheese some of the other ingredients are: sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla, but don't recall if there was anything else or what the measurements were. Thanks!!!

Hello. I'm searching for new ideas what to put into a omelette. So, what can I put in except

Jam
Peanut Butter
Molten Chocolate
Curd
Onions
Apples
Ice Cream
Tomatoes

I already used the search, but I just found things I already knew. Thank you for the answers!

Duh,... I know that there are those left-over salvage cuts that the market tries to pass off as "stew meat" unfortunately these are often riddled with grissle and lots of fatty gobs that it may be better to sell as kabob beef, if not for dogfood.

My father prefers to use choice lean steak meat when it is his turn to cook. But isn't it a waste to use good grillin beef for soup or stew meat?

We don't buy many oranges and when we do, we usually end up throwing some away. I want to use the zest for sugar cookies and in my chocolate recipes, but don't want the zest to get gross before then. Can I save the zest after drying it out? I really need answers from chef's or bakers who have tried and true tips....thanks ppl...

While vacationing in Mexico we were given a dish of chicken, black beans, rice and a flour tortilla shell.
The chicken recipe is what I am interested in. I am not too sure what the spice was called, but it is red in colour and comes from a tree in the area, we were in the Yucatan. I believe it was either Annatto, or Achiote....I do not recall.
I am hoping someone can help me figure out the recipe, as I would like to try this at home. The chicken seemed to be a 'pulled' chicken recipe mixed in a broth with the spices.

Any information would be great, thanks!

I would love to bring out someting special for the employees and patients. Help would greatly be appreciated, thanks Marco Lopez Cook Veterans Canteen San Diego.

Is it simply just butter and icing sugar or are there more ingredients that need to be added? What are the measurements I need?
