It would help if I knew what was in your pantry. Most people would have rice and frozen veg, perhaps a tin of tuna...
I would make a savoury rice with what is in the cupboards, frozen veg the more colourful the better. Any bread to make garlic bread?
Or a pasta dish. Olive oil, garlic and fried onions until brown, not burnt, stirred into pasta.
Can you make pastry, a pie perhaps, or can't make pastry, a savoury crumble.
Mix flour, butter or marg, salt ,dried herbs and grated cheese and a teaspoon of baking powder. Add this onto tinned meat or veg in a stock.
You can make a pizza by making a savoury scone base, a tom pasta sauce on top followed by whatever you like and loads of grated cheese and herbs. Bake 200c for approx 25-30 mins until cooked. Make a salad to go with it.

Try tea biscuits. They are a delicious cookie with very little sugar taste and compliment tea very good. Biscotti is another alternative if you want richness. Are you asking for food or what kind of tea? I guess I should have asked that first....So, I guess my question is what is yours:)
