The Egg Sandwich in the movie 'Spanglish', adam sandler makes, how do you make it?

i've only seen the movie once and it looked amazing and i really want to try it. i just don't know how to make it and i can't seem to find it on the internet...can someone tell me how to make it or where i could find a recipie for it?!?
