Chunky Guacamole
1/2 small onion, very finely chopped
2 serranos, seeded, stemmed, finely chopped or 1 jalapeno, seeded, stemmed, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, cored and finely chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
10 sprigs cilantro, chopped
3 medium avocados
salt
1/2 lime, fresh squeezed
In a medium bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.
Remove the pit and peel on the avocado an d cut into small pieces.
Lightly mash the avocado with the other 5 ingredients.
Flavor with salt. Then add the lime juice...just to add a little zing.
Taste as you go the first time you make this.
Return the avocado pits to the guacamole (keeps it from turning black) and cover with a sheet of plastic wrap.
Make sure to press it directly against the surface all over.
Set aside or refrigerate to let flavors blend.
When ready to serve, add whole sprigs of cilantro for garnish.
Serve with tortilla chips or mound over shredded lettuce for a different salad.
ENJOY

Lazy Cook’s Guacamole
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 ripe, soft avocado (I prefer California Haas avocados - the black ones with pebbly skin)
3 tablespoons of your favorite chunky salsa (mild to hot - your choice)
1-4 teaspoons of good chile powder (vary the amount to your taste)
optional: chopped cilantro or other Mexican herbs to taste
Preparation:
Rinse the avocado. Cut avocado in half, lengthwise. Remove and discard the seed. Using a spoon, scoop out the avocado flesh into a small bowl. Be careful not to split the skin. (The skin is your serving bowl.) Using a fork and/or knife, mash the avocado flesh in the bowl. You're going for small lumps, not a smooth cream texture. Stir the salsa and chile powder into the avocado flesh, mixing well. Spoon the avocado mixture neatly into the avocado shells. Sprinkle a little chile powder on the top.

3 ripe Avocados
1 vine ripe tomato, diced
1/2 small onion, minced
1 tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 tbs. fresh lemon or lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced and mashed.
Salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon should do.
Directions:
Cut avocados in halve and scoop out flesh into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir till well combined.
When in season I like the rough black skin avocados. Should be soft when squeezed, same with the green avocados.
Tip Cut avocados in halve. With a sharp knife hit seed in center lift seed out no mess.

well lemon juice salt and pepper is all you need just smash up that avacoda and add these three ingredients and in no time at all you will have yourself some yummy guac.. but if you realy want to enhance the flavor just add a packet of your favorite taco seasoning mix it up with an avacado or two and enjoy. if you like tomatoes add a diced tomato maybe an onion no problem or garlic sure why not. then to keep it from turnig brown just spray the top with a cooking spray to keep the air off and cover it up. have fun!

I think I may have the easiest one for you.
1 avocado, diced
2 cloves of garlic, diced
sprinkle of salt and pepper
lemon juice (about a tablespoon)
Mix it all together! The garlic has enough punch in it to reduce the need for other ingredients. The lemon juice ensures that the avocado retains its bright green colour rather than a dark camo green.
