I had a fabulous Vietnamese noodle dish in Providence, RI, called Bee Bong. It had noodles, basil, cucumbers, chicken and a peanut dipping sauce. Does anyone have a recipe for the dish or a similar one? Thank you!

It was made with beef shank and had worcester sauce in it. Cabbage was one of the vegetables added along with potatoes, onions and carrots.

The new book does not have the same recipe.

I don't want anything too complicated or that needs too many ingredients but I cannot possibly eat them all so I want to be able to do as many different dishes as possible with them. Thanks.
