A college roommate used to make this and I would love the recipe. Basically you mix rice with a can of cream of chicken soup, mayo and mustard I think. Then you top it with chicken and smother the chicken with the remaining sauce mix. It is baked in the oven. Thank you if you can help!!!

About six months ago I bought a Zwilling-Henckels 6 inch chef knife from their Twin Gourmet series, with the new ergonomic streamlined rivet-less handle. I noticed the other day the plastic on the handle was cracking. Fortunately, the store agreed to replace my knife, but when I looked at the new knife at home, it was also cracked. Ultimately, I exchanged it for another knife from the Professional"S" series. Anyone else have problems with the Twin Gourmet series?

I have had good success with simple butter and Frank's Red Hot and other louisiana hot sauces and garlic, but the fat of the butter is just terrible. I tried margarine and it does not work as well and the fat is not that much lower. Does anyone have a good recipe for hot wing sauce that is FAT FREE (or dang close to it)?

I was wondering if anyone watches Good Eats, and if so, if they caught the recipe for the Peach Upsidedown Cake? Or if they know how to find recipes if you miss them when they are on the show?

After cooking the spaghetti, is it better to keep it without the sauce until serving or add the sauce after draining the pasta? I don't want it to dry up or stick together. Thanks

The boy I am in love with, and probably marrying, loves my cookies. So I was thinking of giving him a book/box full of recipes of his favorite cookies. Good idea, or not?

I have tried several different 'home remedies'. None of them seem to work. Whenever I cook with garlic, the smell seems to stay on my hands for days!!!
