Rub them on some stainless steel. You probably have a spoon or knife made of the stuff. Cooking stores actually sell bars of stainless steel, looks like a bar of stainless steel soap just for this purpose.

I use lemon juice. One suggestion to avoid even touching garlic, and I cook with a lot of garlic, is buying it bottled already minced, I think they sell chopped also.

The easiest way is to rub your hands with stainless steel under running water. I usually use the rounded part of a spoon. It really works!

Rub them on anything stainless steel! I know its weird, but it works! I have a stainless steel "thingie" I bought at Bed Bath and Beyond, and it is just for that! Onion smell, garlic, etc. Try it!

I was taught to use table salt to remove onion and garlic smells from my hands. Just put some salt on your hands and rub them together.

Have you ever considered wearing latex gloves when you are working with the garlic. Once you're done, you pull the gloves off, throw them away, and you don't worry about the lingering smell.

The simplest thing to use is Ketchup, if you can get skunk off of a dog with it, I'm pretty sure garlic doesn't have a chance

Run your hands under cold water and rub a sterling silver spoon while doing it. They sell these things at places like Linens and Things that do the same thing.
