First of all, I'm a crockpot freak. Nothings tastier than a hot meat (especially, after a day of work) during the rainy/snowing/cold season. I like this site because i don't like all the complicated stuff (quick and easy). Here you go http://whatscookin.proboards4.com/index.cgi?board=Crockpot&page=1 Good Luck and Enjoy

Pot roast (whatever size you need for your family)
2-3 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup
2-3 packets of powdered mushroom gravy (I use McCormick, but I'm sure any brand will do.)
OPTIONAL / 1-2 packs fresh pre-sliced mushrooms. (depends on how much you like mushrooms)
Combine 1 packet of mushroom gravy for every can of cream of mushroom soup and mix in the fresh mushrooms. I use 3 cans and 3 packets to make a lot of gravy. Pour mixture over the roast. Do not add water or milk. It will seem thick, but as the meat cooks the soup/gravy will water down from that. Cook on high 5-6 hours or low for 8-12.
Important. Do NOT add salt.
When it's done whip up some mashed potatoes ("real" or instant) and serve.

I love making beef stew in my crockpot. Here's how I do it:
2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups beef broth or stock
1 cup tomato sauce or tomato juice
1/3 cup Italian dressing
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 carrots, sliced
4 russet potatoes, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
Place all ingredients in crockpot, stir, place lid on top and cook on high for 4-6 hours, or low for 8-10 hours.

Peel and dice up some carrots and onions. Put at bottom of crockpot. Brown pork chops in fry pan, drain off fat...place ontop of carrots and onions in crock pot. Add a lil salt/pepper and HP Sauce or a bbq sauce with a lil bit of water. Cover and let the crock pot work its magic* 5-6hrs later...You have very tender, juicy tasting pork chops melting in your mouth.,with carrots/onions.
Make some rice in another pot on stove..just before serving.or make up some mashed potaotes.... ENJOY~

Put any kind of meat seasoned with seasoned salt, garlic powder, a dash of thyme and black pepper in there and a can of cream of mushroom soup and a half can of water. Add in some diced potatoes, bell pepper, onions, and carrots. Let it cook for 6-8 hours. Maybe 10 hours if you use meat. Serve with hot cooked rice and dinner rolls.

I like putting a whole chicken into ours and leaving it all day while at work. I don't do a thing to it! It is falling off the bone good when I get home. I make either baked potatoes or egg noodles in broth to go with it. Yum!
