Depending on your taste buds, you could try:
Jamaican Bananas
Ingredients
25g/1oz butter
4 firm bananas
2 tbsp spiced rum
2 tsp green peppercorns
125ml/4fl oz double cream
Method
Melt butter in heavy based pan. Add sliced banana, fry on each side for 1-2 minutes. Add rum and light with a match to flambé. Add green peppercorns and cream, bubble for further 4-5 minutes, carefully put banana on 4 plates and pour over sauce.
OR
Barbecue Chocolate Bananas
Ingredients
4 bananas, unpeeled
8 chunks of milk chocolate
Method
1. Make a slit in the banana lengthways.
2. Place two chunks of chocolate in each banana.
3. Cook on the barbecue until the skins have blackened and the chocolate has melted.
Failing that look at the link attached. You are bound to find something you like!

BANANAS FOSTER (for two)- In a frying pan, 2 tbsp Butter, 3 tbsp Brown sugar and two bananas sliced length wise and halved. Cook on moderate heat adding rum and a pinch of cinnamon until bananas soften and the sauce begins to thicken (Caramelize). Remove from heat and serve over Vanilla ice cream (in large red wine glasses is nice) and serve immediately.

ok here are a few ideas, banana smoothie, milkshake (both done in blender) or some good puddings, banofee pie.
banana split, split the banana down the middle length ways and add icecream or other fruits. banana fritters are easy.
or one of my favourites is cut the banana like in the split but don't go right through. put some milky buttons inside it and wrap in tinfoil. put in the oven for about 15 mins.
or banana and custard, tastes good hot or cold!

Bananas are very very nutritious for children and adults so you should always make use of them.I will give you various ways in which you can cook bananas or use them for the recipes you can get back to me or search the net.
1. make banana halwa by slicing them fine spreading them in a kadai with sugar , ghee and elaichi powder add a little water till and let them cook turn carefully to cook on the other side.
2.you can make a banana cake or bread
3 mash bananas with sugar and milk with a spoon they taste very good with chapatis or rotis.
4. you can slice it and add to sweetened curds for a raita.
5.add it to a fruit salad.
i think all these options will be enough for your tons of bananas
