i boil mine for a few minutes first when its cold out side to make sure it gets completely done about 15 minutes per pound and brush it with butter

Anywhere from 25-40 minutes depending on heat and size.

Grilling would be faster if cut into smaller pieces.

when cooking chicken any way or turkey of any size when the juice runs clear, (no blood)the chicken is done. you can test it by poking it with a sharp knife ..........good luck
