Really easy and quick. Chicken breast, wrap it in parma ham or bacon, put in oven for about 20 mins. In meanwhile, cube a potato and chop onion and fry for a little while, stirring, then put lid on and turn heat down for about 20 mins also. How about some nice brocolli to add health option.

stew! its cheap and tasty, that's what I'm cooking, you need braising steak, carrots, onion, swede, veg and beef oxo cubes, brown the meat, add the onion, then add the diced carrot and swede, crumble 2 of each oxo cubes in 1 pint of boiled water and add to pan, stir and leave for half an hour, mean while make up some dumplings with suet and flour, go back to the stove and add another pint of water with 2 more of each oxo cubes. leave for 10 mins then add your dumplings to cook 10 mins each side. cook up some fave veg to accompany e.g greens. enjoy! xxx
