I am looking for someone by the name of Michael Mansell. He was a sous Chef working at Oxford University about 3 years ago. We were seeing each other and I would like to get in touch. If anyone knows who I am talking about please let me or him know that I am searching for him.

can someone translate the following recipe to french please?

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cups butter
2 eggs
2 squares melted chocolate
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup cold water

Beat eggs, butter, and sugar. Add melted chocolate. Measure flour, salt, sift and add to mixture alternatively with water. Mix soda with 1 tablespoon water and add last. Bake 20 minutes at 350F.

Oh AND please dont give me translation websites because they are all gramatically incorrect. i need someone who cares and is really good at french, perhaps someone who has french as their mother tongue.

THANK YOU. YOUR HELP IS TRULLY APPRECIATED! =[)

I want ideas for desserts that are fresh-fruit based, that use little to no bleached or otherwise processed flour. Something simple (the simpler the healthier, usually) but still delicious. I would prefer it be from scratch, too, not something where I buy little cakes and dump stawberries all over them or whatever.

You don't have to give me the exact recipe, just give me the name of it and maybe even where I might find it on the web.

This question is not about a step by step on how to cover the oreos. I am curious about what white chocolate I should get. If anyone knows of a good white that I can get at most major grocery stores I would appreciate your input. I was looking at H.E.B. and I saw some ghrardelli baking bars of white chocolate. If it says baking bars does that mean I still need to add sugar?
