If you have a clean empty spray bottle you can fill it with any oil and spray your pans. I have a pressure pump spray so you fill it with any oil you like and spray away, I use olive oil, as long as I have oil I never run out of spray. It's great! Otherwise take a piece of paper towel pour a little oil on and wipe it on the pan, works great. Good luck.

Before the days of non-stick spray, I would pour a small amount of cooking oil in the dish and spread it around with a opaper towel. Ypu can do the same with margarine too. I would not advies butter as it burns easily.

You could use parchment paper or purchase a sill (not sure about the spelling on that), but it is a non-stick plastic sheet that is reusable. You should be able to purchase it at Linen's N Things, or a gourmet cooking store. You might be able to purchase it on marthastewart.com Hope that helps.
