My aunt is this AMAZING baker, she makes lemon frosted cake that is to DIE for. Her cookies are evidently just as amazing, but they are rock hard! She is very stubborn and won´t make them softer. Is there a way to make cookies softer once they are already baked?

I recently went to Target and bought what was essentially chex mix drizzled with chocolate. It ended up being much better than I expected because I noticed that there was a subtle spiciness(sp?) to it along with being chocolatey. I cannot imagine this is a new concoction. Does anyone have a recipe for it???

Thanks!
