I am not particularly bothered about the alcohol content as it will just be myself and my daughter and i thought it would be something fun we could do together.

i have lots of recipes, but i believe its cheaper to buy one. they taste better as well.

Too late, too late the cry.

Christmas puddings have to made about three months in advance. Buy one. You can normally heat it up in the microwave in about 10 minutes. See packet. M & S do a good Chrissie Pudding.

At this late date ... buy a good one and then you can use your steamer to reheat it and it will be delicious! Have a good time-
