i plan on decorating cookies for christmas and making boquets. the cookies will be individually bagged so i don't want the icing to be so soft that the decorations will smear but i do want for it to be tasty.

Hello all, I was on a website for kids cooking recipies. They had a little girl and boy demonstrating the recipies in little movies. It was the best website. Unfortunately, my harddrive crashed and burned and I lost ever bookmark I had. Now I can not find the site. Does anyone know the name/url of this site?

No matter what I seem to do, new baking sheets look like crap after a few months. Since they are non-stick, I don't grease them but after a while, they acquire this sticky/greasy brown residue. How do I keep them looking new?
