Ramen Pork Vegetable Skillet

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless pork loin chops
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/2 cups water
3 oz. pkg. pork flavor ramen noodle soup mix
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup snow peas
1/4 cup teriyaki base and glaze sauce

PREPARATION:
Slice pork into thin strips across grain. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork and onion and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Remove pork, onions, and garlic from skillet.
Add water to skillet and bring to a boil. Break noodles into small pieces; add to water. Add 1 teaspoon of the seasoning packet and the vegetables; mix well. Discard remaining seasoning packet. Cover skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add pork, onions, and garlic to skillet. Stir in teriyaki baste and glaze sauce. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 4-6 servings

pour water into a pot, let it come to a boil. throw in the seasoning that comes in the package. then throw in the noodles, stir, it should be done pretty quick, but make sure it's not hard, you don't want crunchy ramen. lol anyways, package ramen are alright for quick meals, but try going to a restuarant for the real deal! it's way better!

in a pot.
kidding, boil water, cook noodles, drain water a little (so it's level with the noodles, THEN add the seasoning-you get more flavor instead of pouring the flavor out in the leftover water. pour into bowl, then eat.
