recipie 1: Water

Add water.

You may add ice to change the temperature.

Recipie 2: sugar-free jello.

Follow the directions on the package. Only add as much water as they ask though because it doesn't turn out as well otherwise!

Ok, seriously though. Try red and green sugar free jello and then after it is make, cover it with a layer of vanilla sugar-free fat free yogurt. Slice bananna on top if you're into that. It's yummie.

3. Da big guns: Healthy smoothies:

Buy lots of strawberries and blueberries. Clean and freeze them.

In a blender:
* Put 1 c of frozen berries
* 1 c fat free milk
1 T of powdered sugar
Maybe a tiny dab of vanilla
Add a little water if it gets too thick, but not much!!

Blend. Makes 1-2 servings. Very easy. Very tasty. Very low calorie, despite the sugar. You can replace the sugar with a weight watcher's smoothie mix, but that stuff is expensive!

Allrecipes.com has a lot of great low cal/ low fat recipes. I'd suggest buying some pomegranate sorbet (so sweet and full of flavor yet low cal and fat free) and serve it with some fat free cool whip. Looks festive, too. You could cut calories in traditional dessert recipes by replacing full-fat ingredients with low fat or fat free counterparts. And in recipes for cookies or cakes calling for oil you may substitute unsweetened applesauce. Eggbeaters subbed in place of regular eggs cut cholesterol. Just channel the creativity and you won't miss the calories, I swear. Have fun!
