Many supermarkets carry the B&M brand of canned bread near the baked beans. For some reason it's kinda traditional to eat canned bread with boston-style baked beans.

I think the questioner is probably British. Here in American we don't have canned bread (maybe in the international food stores). My question is, is what do you do or cook with canned bread that you are unable to use regular bread for?

Do you mean "brown bread" The B&M brand is available at grocery stores...though very sporadic. I personally find it totally gross. It is a molasses type bread popular in the new england area of the US. found some on amazon.com as well.

There is the refrigerated canned dough- Pillbury's Dough. I am sure you meant this. Check in the refrigeraters of your local stores. If you ask any sales person they will help you out.
