I once had this mac-n-cheese that had what looked like a breadcrumb topping. It was SO good! I have tried it once at home and it turned out blah!
Any good recipes?

I am not a cook in the slightest bit. My cooking consists of pasta and boxed products. But that is not a healthy diet. And I can only eat so much fish. I need a really good begining cook book. My boyfriend and I are by ourselves and have no one to really show us how to cook simple things.

Any suggestions?? I want to have a healthier diet that will give me energy and help me loose a bit of weight!

I am making a honey ham for x-mas dinner, I have the vegetable portion of the meal covered, but my 6yr old and 3yr old don't like mashed potates and homemade mac-and-cheese. Anyone have some suggestions for "finicky" kid-friendly side dishes (recipes would be great too!)? Thanks!

I lost a lot of mine due to moving over the years. I've been going through cookbooks, but they're not the same as the old-fashioned cookies we used to make.

ThePartchment paper and wax paper would probably work better but, still could I use nonstick or moistening cooking spray? Can you use the spray to make Meringues??

I really don't understand why nobody answers my question on PUDDING. It' s a sensible question, more sensible than hundreds of others. I deleted the previous one and then rephrased it, but nothing has arrived so far. WHY? You can read it on the list of my questions.

Hi I have started making a chocolate butterscotch recipe for a party tomorrow and have made the shortbread bit for it... however just before i put it into the oven I was reading the ingrediants of the topping only to notice that I did not have any condensed milk ive got 2 questions here one... can I skip it or two can i substitute it for real cows milk or semi skimmed shop milk? the other ingrediants for the topping are butter, caster sugar, golden syrup and plain chocolate (which will be milk chocolate). Help is appreciated thank you :D
