one can of mushroom soup,4 to 6 leg quarters,1/4 cup of ranch dressing,and 1 cup of rice / 1 cup of water: in a oven pan about 12 inches long/add washed chicken,mix ranch,mushroom soup in a bottle,and add water,and add rice in mixture,poor over chicken bake on 350 for about 45 minutes, or until chicken juice is clear.

I can cook simple things so i cant understand jargons used for cooking w/o looking it up in a dictionary or the internet.
so anybody out there who has a simple recipe for a mushroom soup...i'm actually sick and a nice cup of hot soup would be delicious/great...simpler the better!!!..thanks...

This is the recipe 1st step 1/2 c butter, 2 C flour, 2 ts baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 c sugar, 3 tb milk, 1 egg. mix spread in pan. 2nd step 1/2 c butter, 1/2 c sugar 2 tb milk, 1/2 c unsalted, finely chpped almonds. boil these to soft ball then spread on top. bake. 3rd step 1 c sugar, 1 c butter, 1 ts vanilla, 3/4 c milk 3 tb veg. shorting. boil sugar milk to soft ball then add rest. chill. then spread on bottom half of each cake capping with top half of cake.
He used to make it during the holiday. I would like to know what the ture name is. Thank you for any help.
