I love to do this. I make my meatball recipe, then divide it into 4 baggies, using one and freezing the rest. This is my typical menu,
1. Spaghetti and meatballs, green salad, garlic bread
2. Sweet and sour meatballs over rice, green beans or peas almond cookies and ice cream with coconut and carmel topping.
3. Stroganoff and meatballs with broccoli and waldorff salad
4. BBQ meatballs with baked beans, or scalloped potatoes, corn and cole slaw.
5. Meatball hoagie sandwiches with coleslaw or green salad or fruit salad on the side.
Hope this helps getting the juices flowing. Happy holidays.

Meatballs

1 jar chili sauce - Heinz, by the cocktail sauce
1 bx brown sugar
1 can/bottle any beer
1 bag frozen meatballs

Place all items in crock pot on high for about 4 hours and it's done. They are delicious and do not taste like beer at all.

You could try stuffing matzo balls with cheese and roasted garlic and then deep-frying them. Or you could use them in a stew of some sort.

For a sauce, mix sweet and sour with pineapple chunks, chopped garlic and a dash of red hot chilli sauce. Works everytime. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
