This perfect with a side of Buttered Yams and Green Bean Almondine:
Orange Honey Glazed Ham
Ingredients:
3-to 3-1/2-pound fully cooked boneless ham
1/3 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon mustard
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup orange marmalade
Directions:
Make diagonal cuts about 1/4-inch deep and 1-inch apart on the top of ham. Place ham on rack in shallow baking pan.
Insert a meat thermometer in the center of the thickest portion of meat. Bake, uncovered, in 325º oven 1 to 1-1/2 hours or till thermometer registers 135º.
Remove the ham from the oven, cover with foil and let stand 15 minutes. The temperature will rise to 140º upon standing. Before roasting you can also pierce surface with whole cloves for extra flavour.
Meanwhile, combine 2 tablespoons of the orange juice, the honey, and mustard. Bring to boiling, remove from heat.
After ham has baked 1-1/4 hours, brush with half the glaze. Mix the remaining orange juice, chicken broth and cornstarch. Stir into remaining glaze.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Stir in marmalade, heat through. Pass with sliced ham.
You're going to have leftovers if you use that big of a ham, you can use a smaller one, but to back you up we have a few "leftover" recipes up our sleeves

Are you looking for appetizers, entrées, main courses or desserts?
For a main dish I'm of course recommending that you make turkey... here is "Turkey 101" from http://allrecipes.com - http://allrecipes.com/HowTo/Turkey-Roasting-101/Detail.aspx
For an entrée I usually suggest stuffed peppers.
Stuffed Peppers
1 lb ground beef
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
1 t chili powder
1 can tomato soup
½ t dry mustard
½ can water
½ t blk. Pepper
2 T Worcestershire
½ t salt
2 cups cooked rice
6 lg. bell peppers
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup grated cheese, optional
1 t Accent
Lightly brown ground meat. Thoroughly drain and use paper towel to absorb excess grease. Add all ingredients together except cheese and tomato. Sauce and peppers: stuff peppers equally with mixture. Place peppers upright in baking dish. Spoon tomato sauce evenly over peppers. Bake 45 min. at 325°. If desired, grated cheese can be sprinkled over peppers during last 10 min. of cooking time.
For dessert, you could make fudge... fudge is pretty Christmas-y as far as I can tell.
Old Time Cocoa Fudge
â
cup cocoa
3 cups sugar
1½ cups milk (¾ cups evaporated, ¾ plain)
½ cup butter
1½ t vanilla
2 T Karo
2 cups pecans
dash salt
1 t butter flavoring
Combine cocoa, sugar, milk, Karo, salt and ¼ cup butter. Cook slowly to soft ball stage. Do not stir and do not scrape sides of pan after mixture begins cooking. Remove from heat, add remaining ¼ cup butter, vanilla and butter flavoring. Let cool to room temperature. When cool, beat until mixture begins to thicken and loses gloss. Add pecans and pour into very lightly buttered pan.
