Lasagna usually takes about 1 to 1-1/2 hour to cook even in a glass pan and usually that's at 350 - 375 degrees. Start it at the higher temp for the first 30 minutes, then bring it down to the lower for the last half hour or so.

You might want to bring the pan back up to room temperature (let sit out for 15 to 30 minutes) since glass generally cracks when going from extreme cold to extreme hot temperatures.

If the glass is meant for the oven than the temp does not matter as long as your not cooking it at like 600 degree's and it depends on how thick it is ( how tall ) but start out with like 45 Min's and check it if its bubbling real well than your good but your really worried about the middle your just melting cheese so just cheat take a long knife and stick it straight in the middle and look if that's melted than its done, And cook it at like 375 to 400

About 30-60 minutes on 350 degrees. Just make sure to check it starting at 30 minutes since it has been refridgerated, you may have to go longer.
