Oh man I love snack food/finger foods. My husband loves him a peanut butter and banana sandwich, healthy and full of energy. I like Ritz crackers with some ham and swiss cheese, or you could use what ever meat and cheese you have on hand. My kids love the cheese you spray out of the can on crackers. Also something I like to snack on while I am at work is almonds and raisins, very healthy.

A big bowl of kiddie cereal like Coco Puffs or Count Chocula. or anything with peanut butter - bananas, crackers, toast, bread, or just by the spoonful.

Peanut butter and honey on saltine crackers or ham rolls with cream cheese and chives. Depends on whether I want sweet or salty.

i like a piece of wheat toast smeared with peanutbutter with thick slices of a really good cheddar on it, fold it in half and wait a couple mins for the cheese to get a lil melted. Its so good!

Shawarma. And sometimes when I want something a bit fast I just make myself a sandwich of spicy spam, mayo, and leeks. Very good, very powerful taste
