The expiration date on it is November 1, today is November 6, but I know that if you keep it frozen it lasts longer. I kept it frozen until November 4 and I want to use it today. Thank you for your help.

Hi all!

I've made numerous meatloafs from various recipes. I haven't been real happy with any of them. My boys don't like chunks of onion or pepper so I have to use spices mainly, but does anyone have a REALLY good meatloaf recipe? Preferably with cheese...

Thanks in advance!

I want to start having steamed 'feasts' every other night as a way to cut down on overprocessed and goopy foods in my diet. We often have fish, beets, winter squash, broc and carrots but I would like to add some variety to keep thing interesting. Any suggestions?

Ok, I've seen this pie and I had this pie again this weekend. I can't remember the layers it has, but before when I asked, I thought it was 7 or 5, I just dont' know. I couldn't ask this weekend when I had it again, because it was at an auction and no one one knew. This is a popular pie, I'll try and describe it and see if you can help me figure out what it is.
It has a graham cracker crust
Then like a mouse or chocolate pudding kind of layer
Then, it seems like chocolate syrup or something.
Then a layer of a whipped topping
Then nuts are crumpled on top of it.

I just remember that formed layer that was like a mousse or a pudding and then like chocolate syrup running though it with a whipped cream topping. I wish I could find a recipe for this. Does this ring a bell for anyone. Thank you so much if you could help me here!!
Ann :)

I notice these sorts of somewhat silly questions tend to get a decent number of good answers.

Ideally, vegetarian comfort food. Any ideas?

I want to make a steak that is medium - rare (I like a bit of blood in the middle). Am I best to cook the steak slowly on a low heat or quickly on a high heat? Any other steak related tips would be appreciated too (sauces etc...)
