I would go for them mashed...I wouldn't actually try to whip them into a smooth mashed potato because they get kind of weird. But yeah, I would just mash them with a fork and sprinkle fried onions bacon bits and cheddar cheese on top. Serve with sour cream and chives or just butter if you like. They will be yummy.

Yes, a restaurant i go to called The Terrace does a new potato mash and it's lovely. Put Mint in them or use Garlic butter.

Yes, yes, yes, they are really good mashed up with fresh flat leaf parsley, butter, cream, salt and pepper.
For variety your can add garlic cloves or onions to the cooking water.

yes cos your teeth mash them when you eat them but they are'nt traditionally mmashed due to the skins and them being so small. I toss them in garlic butter and roast them for 40 mins and they are gorgeous!

Certainly. They are not the best mashed, though.

Sure you can - but crush them, rather than completely mash them up and add butter, creme fraiche, garlic, chives, salt and pepper.
Yum!

I would think you could, as long as they are soft enough to mash.
