How long is a homemade apple pie good for, refrigerated?

Depends whether you like a flaky crust, and a fresh flavor...For me, max for any pie kept in the refer is 3 days, after that, it's really not worth the calories.

I would say at least a week as long as it's been in the refrigerator but if it tastes funny - throw it out.

If your apple pie lasts more'n a couple-few days, you're doing something wrong! In our house, bakery is gone before it even has a chance to settle in.
