Get regular "brownie" packages and make these:
Two boxes of brownies
4 large hersey "symphony bars"
a handfull of pecans
Follow the instructions of the brownies, use a larger baking tin to make it thinner and longer.
Put half the mix in the tin, then put the chocolate bars side by side and sprinkle some pecans and then carefully pour the rest of the brownie mix over it and sprinkle the rest of the pecans.
Follow the package cook times and check the edges with a toothpick, since the center will be chocolate filled and won't come out clean.
Or do my favorite one- use brownine mix and mix cranraisins with it, spread it out on a cookie sheet and bake it. It makes great Crustenee's or coffee dippers., cut in strips.

pasta would be great. pasta ala oreo is easy and tasty. (im not sure with the spelling) have your spaghetti cooked and prepared for the cooking.then, warm up some extra virgin olive oil and add some chili flakes, crushed garlic and some salt (do not let the garlic burn). remove the garlic out of the pan and then stir in the pasta. toss it until the oil is well distributed.
not into spicy or garlic-y? no prob...have some butter-sage pasta. simply melt the butter in the pan. bruise the sage and add with the butter. season with some salt and pepper, or if you like, add some more herbs for flavor. add some course-chopped hazelnuts for some crunch. toss in some bow-tie pasta.
how bout perking up some icecream? berry-luscious ice cream... here's how you do it...prepare some strawberries. add some sugar in it amd then mix. let it stand until the strawberries give up its juice and become kinda softer. add these to your fave vanilla icecream with whipped cream and crushed marang. voila!
i hope i helped you with these recipes...bon appetitte!

Armadillo eggs of course!! I made them last night and totally won my boyfriend over. You'll need the following ingredients to get started:
1. One roll of Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage
2. Package of bacon
3. 4 large jalapenos
4. Cream cheese/cheddar cheese
5. Seasoned bread crumbs
First you'll need to halve the jalapenos and clean out the seeds
Next fill the jalapenos with cream cheese and or cheddar cheese
Wrap each cheese filled jalapeno with a single piece of bacon
Now is the tricky part, I usually take a ball of sausage, flatten it out in my hand placing the wrapped jalapeno in the middle and carefully mold the meat around it evenly.
At last roll your "egg" in seasoned bread crumbs and bake on a foil lined cookie sheet @ 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Viola! Armadillo Eggs!

Barbecued Chicken
2 chickens (2 1/2 to 3 pounds each), quartered, with backs removed
Barbecue Sauce, recipe follows
Marinate the chickens in 2/3 of the barbecue sauce for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Heat the coals in a charcoal grill. Spread the bottom of the grill with a single layer of hot coals and then add a few more coals 5 minutes before cooking, which will keep the fire going longer. Place the chicken quarters on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 45 minutes, turning once or twice to cook evenly on both sides. Brush with the marinade, as needed. The chicken quarters are done when you insert a knife between a leg and thigh and the juices run clear. Discard any unused marinade.
Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
Barbecue Sauce:
1 1/2 cups chopped yellow onion (1 large onion)
1 tablespoon minced garlic (3 cloves)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup tomato paste (10 ounces)
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup honey
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
In a large saucepan on low heat, saute the onions and garlic with the vegetable oil for 10 to 15 minutes, until the onions are translucent but not browned. Add the tomato paste, vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chili powder, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Simmer uncovered on low heat for 30 minutes. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator.
