I have two large sweet potatoes (could always get more), pie crusts, evaporated milk, marshmellows, etc. My boyfriend doesn't like nuts or chocolate, so those two ingredients are out. I'm not really impressed with any of the recipes I looked at online. If you've got a good recipe, I'd appreciate your sharing. Thanks!

It's real whipped cream and I whipped it last week with a bit of sugar. Do you think I could add some of it to my alfredo sauce?

We are having a Chocolate Festival in a couple of weeks. One of our offerings is build your own Hot Fudge Sundaes. I am going to make a homemade Hot Fudge recipe, but I am wondering if it will "keep" in a crockpot on low for several hours. I don't want it to crash or separate or get too thick. Help!

I'm trying to make pumpkin cake and pumpkin muffin, but, I don't know which part of the pumpkin to use: the guts or the shredded skin...what do you do? And also, can you still carve a pumpkin if you use it for cooking?

I attempted on yesterday, but ended up mashing it into scrambled eggs. I used three eggs (which may have been one too many?) and let one side cook for a while on a low setting and then flipped it (which I think is where I goofed), any suggestions? I like to put cheese, meat and veggies in also. Thanks!

Every year I try to make carmel apples for my kids. But, The carmel always slides off of them after I dip them an I'm left with a plate full of carmel. Any idea why this happens? Thanks, Margaret

Sometimes I get hungry for something a little more wholesome than microwave meals and instant noodles, and I don't like spending so much money eating out at restaurants. Anybody have some good recipies for a not - so - handy around the kitchen single dude?
