Title: Peanut Butter Roll
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 lb powdered sugar
3 ts condensed milk
1/2 c or more peanut butter

Instructions

Beat egg white until very stiff. Mix enough sifted sugar and milk in egg white to make consistency of pie dough. Roll about 1/4-inch thick and spread with peanut butter. Roll like jelly roll and cut in pieces.

PEANUT BUTTER ROLLS

1 c. chunky peanut butter
2 sticks butter
1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 bar paraffin wax
12 oz. chocolate chips

Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended. Roll into balls. Place on waxed paper. Melt paraffin wax and chocolate chips over low heat. Using a toothpick dip each cookie in chocolate. Place on waxed paper until firm.

PEANUT BUTTER ROLL UPS

1 container peanut butter
4 slices of bread
Honey or jam
Knife
Rolling pin
Toothpicks

1. Remove 4 slices of bread from a package of sliced bread.
2. Using the knife, cut off crusts from each piece of bread.

3. Place each piece on a hard surface and roll them flat with the rolling pin.

4. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on the flattened pieces of bread with the knife.

5. Spread on some jam or drizzle some honey on top of the peanut butter.

6. Roll each piece of bread from bottom up, jelly roll style.

7. Slice roll into 1 inch pieces and insert toothpicks.

PEANUT BUTTER ROLLED OAT CLUSTERS

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. rolled oats (uncooked quick or regular)

Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt. Stir. Bring to a full boil. Then let boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Add rolled oats. Mix well. Drop by teaspoons. Yield 4 dozen clusters

I put it in the freezer for 2 hours first to get it hard. Then I just push it along the counter.
