i would let them cool off and reheat right before serving if you keep them hot that long they will be dried out and turn to mush......you can reheat by adding a little more hot sauce over them after reheating a little...my opinion i would not keep something hot that long and then want to serve it...and by health standards you have to maintain it at 160 degrees and boy that is pretty hot...
