I actually like them both, I eat them both in different ways, the only thing though with cabbage you must make sure that the person who is fixing it knows how to cook because I have tasted some bad cabbage, and talk about gassy.......................Wow!

I like lettuce on sandwiches, or in salads.
Cabbage holds up better than lettuce when cooked, so I like cabbage in casseroles.

Depends on what I'm using it for. Lettuce is usually in my sandwich or tacos..etc. Cabbage I cook at times.

Lettuce, just not iceberg. I hate cabbage in any way shape and form.

If I have to eat it raw, I prefer lettuce for cabbage may be hard to digest.

I prefer lettuce on burgers & sancwiches & regular tacos. but for rolled tacos, ie roast beef, chicken, or soft tacos or as a topping in soups It is definetly cabbage. for salads I like both

BOTH! I like (ROMAINE) lettuce for salads, and I like steamed cabbage and cabbage for coleslaw.
