here's a really good, exotic one. It tastes like you're drinking a flower.
Falooda:

rosewater (Indian store)
red or pink food dye, if desired
tukmaria/falooda seeds (Indian store). Can use small tapioca pearls instead
sugar and water, boiled to make syrupy texture
milk or soy milk
whipped topping
candied fennel (optional)

soak tukmaria seeds in water for half an hour.
add coloring and rosewater to syrup after cooled.

arrange in fancy glasses as follows:

rose syrup and soaked tukmaria/tapioca at the bottom.
carefully pour milk/soy milk on top so it does not mix.
top with whipped topping, and garnish with candied fennel.

enjoy!

Beat eggs on high speed in a small mixer bowl, unti the eggs are thick and creamy. Gradually add the honey in a thin stream to eggys, while they are still beating; continue beating on high for 5 more minutes. Transfer mixture into a well greased 10x6x2 baking pan, bake at 375 f for 25 minutes. Turn onto a wire rack to cool. Whne the cake is cold, split it in half, fill with whipped cream, dust top with sifted powdered sugar.

A simple Mexican recipe for a delicious dessert is one for Soapapillos. Take a little melted butter in a skillet and add one packaged flour tortilla and saute until lightly browned on both sides. Drain on a paper towel. You can serve in many ways, some of which are as follows:

1) Drizzle with honey, or
2) sprinkle with granulated sugar that has been mixed with a little cinnamon, or
3) Do #2 and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream on top, add a cherry and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Add a sprig of fresh mint to garnish. (Fast, simple, and delicious!)

Enjoy!
