Is it true that when baking you can use the same amount of Splenda in place of sugar when baking? I have heard this, but I have also heard if it is LARGE amounts of Splenda then it doesn't taste right. Please help.

I always have trouble when cooking pizza with the dough...it always seems to be way too undercooked by the time all of the cheese is melted...How do you cook pizza? Should I cook the dough for a few minutes first and then put toppings on? Thanks

I have some turkey breast for dinner tomorrow night, it’s cut like steaks are trying the whole healthy thing so Tom doesn’t get fat…

I was wondering for some gravy ideas, but there will not be any juices from the turkey being cooked for broth gravy.

I don’t want to buy gravy from a can either. Any ideas or Recipes?

Also I’m having a mixed south-west vegetables on the side and home-made bread that takes 2 days to get ready.

My mother used to make a hard candy, much like today's Jolly Rancher. It was made from kool-aid and maybe corn syrup. I remember it being very hot, poured onto a cookie sheet to harden and cool and then broken into pieces.

I don't have any rice wine on hand. All I have is red wine vinegar and white wine vinegar. I really want to make my own sushi instead of going to King Kullen and buying it for $4.99.

My niece has been a diabetic since she was 2 years old, and she has asked for homemade candy for christmas because she does not get it any other time of year. She is totally insulin dependant and has recently started useing splenda instead of other sugar substitutes and it seems to work better for her with less side affects than the others. Thanks.
