Any vinegar based product because vinegar breaks down the meat.
I enjoy a good italian dressing (most have vinegar in them).
Of course most store bought BBQ sauces also container vinegar.
Tip - I put the meat and dressing in a plastic baggie, leave in the fridge over night and cook the next day. Yummy!
Enjoy!

Marinade does the tenderizing for you. Try using Italian dressing, salt, and beer. Vinegar is also a good tenderizer for meat. Also slow cooking it also makes it tender.

Soy sauce, garlic powder, oil and vinegar (ginger optional). The longer you marinade - the more tender the meat.
