barbequeing increases the risk of cancer because of the smokes involved.its ok to have it sometimes but everyday could causes major health issues like high blood pressure,high cholesterol,and heart problems.

I don't see why not, as long as you're being moderate in your portions & you're also eating fruits & vegetables every day. Are you? Hmmmmm...? :)

btw, you might want to chase that daily meat w/ something that has a lot of fiber in it, like beans, apples, etc. Only because meat can jam up the you-know-what w/out enough fiber in your diet.

yes as long as you are getting other food groups in..barbequing is actually a very healthy way to consume meat compared to frying

I don't think it could be because there is a reason we try to eat a balanced diet. For instance, people who eat a lot of junk food have skin, hair and weight problems. People who think they eat healthily even sometimes forget one or two areas of nutrition and suffer physically for it. Too much complex protein can cause numbness in muscles.
