Everyone had chickens,chicken laid eggs every morning, adn they cook up quick, easy, and are nutritious.

This is my story . . . Since farmers get up way before the chickens, and go off to do their chores before the chickens lay their eggs, they wait until then to eat breakfast. Chickens lay eggs in the morning and it's necessary to collect them shortly after they are laid to keep the chickens from nesting them or eating them. They have to be taken to the kitchen anyways, so the farmers eat their breakfast then. Thus, they might as well have eggs.

I have no explantion for that one...but I don't staple them just breakfast food. I have egg salad sandwichs for lunch and sometimes scramble eggs with green bell peppers and onions and wrap it up in a hot tortilla with some mild salsa...MMMM!!!

Eggs ... they do not run away. Easily obtainable, highly nutritious, great source of protein. Weasels like 'em.
Did I mention that they don't run away?
