i know can bake the seeds, but what can i make with the insides? recipes please?

The best thing to do with the stringy stuff is to put it in a pail with a cover and have people stick their hands in and try to guess what it is, makes a great game for a fall festival.

You can't really do anything with the stringy stuff. If you want to use the pumpkin rinds you can make pumpkin soup which is really pretty good.

Cube it up, boil it and you'll have pumpkin ready for pie and or bread.
