It came frozen, but was thawed before serving. Very rich and creamy and did not have any chocolate in it.

Is the glaze on modern crock pot porcelain important to be intact to be able to cook on it? Would contaminants enter your food if you dont make sure that that surface still maintains a factory finish? Could you wear it down to white and still be able to cook in that bowl?

I think that is the name of the cake. It is a white cake with white frostings, and nuts on the outside of the cake and frosting.

Why do they always say" consumer demand" as an excuse for changing how food is prepared.
Up to about 15 years ago.Popcorn sold in the theaters use to be cooked with coconut oil.It was delicious.Just about everybody looked forward to the popcorn because you could not get it at home.Then one day" consumer demand" said it was bad for us and somehow got the theaters to change the oil. Why ? Are we not living in a democracy where we have the freedom to choose what we eat and where.

I have a difficult time cutting it up to cook it. These petite green pumpkins that you find in market with Acorn Squashes and etc. have a much tougher texture than pumpkins that we use to make Jack-o-Lanterns. I want to cut in half and then into wedges for baking or steaming with skin on.

if I am just heating up chicken of any kind, it pops in the microve the same way metal does? I have found that any kind of chicken does this - heating up done, raw, precooked from the store?
