Call Pizza Hut and order a Pizza. Okay... just a Joke, sorry.
If you got some bread at home and some toppings, like Salami, Ham, Tomatoe, Onions and what so ever. Just put it on top of the Bread sprinkle it with tasty Cheese and under the Grill... yumm.

Ingredients: 1 frying pan, 1 stove, non-stick cooking spray, 1 can tuna in water, 1 egg, 1 mixing bowl, 1 spatula
Instructions: Spray frying pan with non-stick cooking spray. Put on stove burner and turn the burner heat on half way to full heat. Open can of tuna and drain excess water, dump tuna into mixing bowl. Crack an egg and dump it into the mixing bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Dump the tuna/egg mix onto the heated frying pan and flatten and shape the tuna/egg into a nicely shaped pattie. Cook until you see air bubbles popping through the top and then flip the pattie and cook other side and keep checking until it looks the same as the first side that you cooked. That's all, don't forget to turn off the stove. You can add garlic salt to the mixture before you stir it up.

okay, 10 minute lazy man dinner - if you want to put effort into it you can make sweet and sour chicken with rice - get a box of instant rice (uncle Ben's ready rice 90 seconds in the microwave) 1 wok or non stick pan; 1 large chicken breast, 1 small onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 jar of sweet and sour sauce, 1 green pepper and 1 tomato- slice chicken very thin, chop the rest up as well -should take about 5 minutes to do this; then fry all together in a bit of vegetable oil, stirring constantly, if chicken is sliced very thin should cook in less than 5 minutes, add sweet and sour sauce, stir well to heat and serve over the ready rice.

Brown hamburger/ground turkey/or ground chicken with i onion, salt and pepper and garlic,
Add chopped fresh, or drained frozen spinach
add a few eggs and scramble the eggs until cooked. May use some mushrooms as well.
Ethnic chilies and some seasonings work in this, too.
