Brown ground beef. Add your choice of jar sauce.
To that add your choice of spaghetti. Thin, linguini, fettucini, rigatoni etc...
It's not great but a great authentic Italian sauce always takes time and alot more ingredients.

Are you serious? It takes less time to cook a pan full of ground beef than it would to turn your computer on, log on to 'yahoo answers', and submit your question. Come on and join us in the real world....the graphics are GREAT!!!! Put a pound of ground beef in a skillet or sauce pan, and turn the heat up to a little more than medium. Chop up an onion, (mushroom, garlic, green pepper) and throw it in with the beef. When everything is sufficiently browned (5 min or so) pour a jar of any basic spaghetti sauce into the skillet / pan, and let it simmer for a couple minutes. Pour the sauce over the cooked spaghetti and mixed. All in all, you're looking at about 15 min of cooking.

Unfortunately, I do not measure ingredients. Here's what goes in my sauce, though. Easy, simple, and good.
Jar PREGO or RAGU spaghetti sauce (any flavor you like)
Olive oil (little)
Italian seasoning
Seasoned salt
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Sugar
Dry basil
Tomato sauce
Tomato paste
Browned Ground beef or ground chuck
Let it all simmer on the stove for 30 minutes with the top on. Add spaghetti last an serve. Top with parmesan cheese if you wish.

If you are in a hurry just use Ragu and ground beef. No one will know the difference. If you do make sauce yourself make enough to freeze for next time. Also, when making your own sauce put a carrot in the bottom of the pot to reduce acid. Just a little secret I picked up from an old italian b/f. Take care.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNCS1
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Buy a pound of minced beef and shape into small pieces about the size of a ping pong ball or smaller. Dice up an onion and cook gently for a few minutes. Drain off all the fat of the pan. Add a jar of bolognese mix, and cook gently for 15 minutes. In a separate saucepan put some Conchiglie and cook them in boiling water until tender. Drain off the water and add the Bolognese and mince mixture. Stir gently and serve. Sit back and enjoy.
