I live in the state of Florida and I am curious about how legal documents stand in the courts and which is stronger than the next. My parents have a prenuptial agreement and now my step father is trying to write in his Will that he wants the Prenuptial agreement to be null and void. Can he do this without my mother's agreement? Is a prenuptial agreement stronger than a will or not? In the prenup it states that after 5 years, in the case of death, my mother is entitled to everything and now he wants his will to make it null and void and give her nothing, (they have been married over 5 years now) can he do this? I'm trying to do some pre-investigation for my mom before hiring a lawyer and anyone who knows the laws in Florida could be a great help. Can a man screw a women behind her back and leave her with nothing?

If your b/f or husband watchs PORN once in a while, what is wrong with that? It's not like he is doing "it" with someone else.

I have no trouble watching with my husband and I see nothing wrong with him watching it alone. I feel lucky to be able to have such an open relationship. I am just shocked that there are so many woman (or girls) out there that won't even let there men look at a girl mag.

If I make $20,000 more per year than my husband and we get a divorce...but we've only been married for 1 1/2 years, and we have one child together, who will have to pay spousal support? I make more than him but I also have more debt than him...Is it separate from child support, and if so, how do they determine the amounts awarded?

1. Past addiction to Cocaine (23 years ago) but still has an addictive personality.
2. Recently (within the past 9 mo) addicted to frequenting Karaoke Bars. He loves to sing & drink.
3.He is still communicating with a woman he did booty calls with even when I asked him to stop. She lives hundreds of miles away right now.
4. Previously addicted to pornography(within the last year)
5. I found an email where he had been pimping himself on Craig's List to have sex with strange women before we met (a married one) & he did not tell me about it once we started our relationship.
6. Does NOT want to attend church AT ALL. I am thinking when I have a child I would like to attend church for the child.
7. He can't have sex with me & get satisfied unless he has constant serious sexual visual stimulation (i.e all the lights on & mirrors). I am sure this has to do with his past porn addiction. He can't just feel it. He has to see EVERYTHING. Sometimes I feel like he wants the porn shot & not me

Not to mention he is being a jerk about the situation....like he will ask me how I am and then I ask how he is and he will say what the heck do you think or his wife will call and tell me to tell him to call and I give him the note he will make a ugh sound crumple the paper and slam it in the trash...and the account executive, I HAVE NEVER LIKED HER! 29 mother of 5 and is out every night getting smashed...she even acts a fool at customer functions

I had a baby in September and I was at 178. She was 7lbs. Since then I've made it down to 142. I went from a size 13 to a size 5/6. My husband hasn't seen me since I gave birth, he's in Iraq. I know losing any weight is good, but I'm not sure if he'll find me sexy again. I'm still a little jiggly and I still have my stretch marks. I do tae-bo, pilates, and I run just about every day. Maybe every other. I'm trying to tone up and like I said I've dropped a lot of weight. (I weigh less than when we first met) but I'm not sure how he'll feel. I'm scared he won't think I'm sexy from the marks of the baby. I'm trying so that when he comes home, he'll be impressed, but I'm not sure. Any input?

My husband and I were going through some issues in our marriage specifically that i had found out that he was leading a double life with another women and i found out and kicked him out. We were split for about 8months while he dragged me along for the first 2 or so waiting to work it out but he was actually having his cake and eating it too coming home giving me false hope and leaving me after the do(you know what i mean) was done and going right back to her and his second family as i called them. Then i got smart about what he was doing and i decided i was too young to sit around and play games so i took a guy up on the offer to go on a dinner/movie date. We hung out for the remainder of my seperation all the while i was honest about my situation. Eventually my husband and i reconciled and he moved back home, but my friend still tries to communicate w/ me. Am i wrong to want to speak with him, especially if my husband is still doing some of the same stuff that seperated us 2 start ?

I have trust issues regarding men in the first place but I have a hard time trusting my boyfriend.

This morning I looked into his phone and saw that he erased all incoming text messages and nothing else.

Also in his pictures storage of the phone there were 3 blank photos. I found that odd. Could those blank pictures be attachments to the text messages that were deleted?

I tried to get into his Verizon account but I dont know all his security questions

Am I going to far? What should I do?

When I got divorced my ex-husband had a specific job and income, which I was aware of. Since that time (nearly 15 years ago) he has relocated, gotten a much, much better job with a huge pay increase, and has never told us. He went out of his way to even mail the support checks from a different city so we would not find out. He did not see our child for nearly 10 years and then only met us somewhere, did not allow him to his new home as he knew we would find out that he was making a lot more money and he did not want to pay more child support. My son just turned 18 this year and the day after he graduated high school I found out all of this stuff. Does anyone know if this would be grounds to go back and get back child support even if he did pay a small amount every month? I think this is very deceitful and he got away with it - or did he? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Oh, this was in California.

We've been married for 8 years and have three beautiful little boys, one 7 and 3 year old twins. About 2 years ago, my wife stopped sleeping with me on a regular basis. As time goes by, it just gets worse and worse. Obviously, every situation is different and has its own unique set of factors, but I'm looking for a general answer.

I have not let myself go. I'm still trim and exercise regularly. I don't drink or smoke or spend any time away from home. I go to work at 9 and come home by 7 to play with the kids until they go to bed. I always put the family before my career.

I can't imagine having an affair with someone else, but I also can't imagine going the rest of my life without sex.

Any advice or insight?

My ex recently got remarried. His new wife has 4 kids, but she doesn't have custody of any of them. He told my daughters (6 and 12) to call his new wife Mom, "because she's the MOM in this house." I objected to this and said I don't care what respectful title/name they give her, but in reference to my children, MOM belongs to me. (I would never tell them to call anyone else DAD - HE is their Dad.)

All of her kids are old enough to know her name (over 10), so if my daughters were to call her by it her children wouldn't be confused.

Opinions? Am I over-reacting or is he over-stepping?

So, I just answered this question about a stay at home mom worried about borrowing money from her husband to buy Christmas presents. Isn't this Strange? I've been married for 19 years and we have always shared our money as well as the bills. I can't even imagine a relationship being strong without sharing everything, thoughts, feelings, love, laughter, memories, fears, and even money. Marriage is a bond where two people come together. What's going on in the marriage world today that would keep couples from wanting that bond?

I have a 9 year old daugter who is the oldest of 3 kids from different fathers with my babys mama. Born the summer before my senior year of high school. Now her mom and I have been on and off for the past 9 years. We were together for the past 2 years and engaged for 10 months waiting to get married. We moved in together with her son and my daughter. I wanted to make it work with her mainly so my daughter could have a good family and a healthy enviorment. Her mom has a habit of finding some of the biggest losers and going out with them, so i just couldnt watch her give my daughter a crappy father figure. I contracted Herpes that she got from her sons father.I accepted this entering the relationship ready to be with her for the rest of my life. She left and got her own apt.Three weeks later she was dating someone new. Now 3 months after she moved out she wants to get back together. Keep in mind my family hates her and she put me 20,000 in debt. I still care for her, just confused now.

My boyfriend tells me I am the best thing thats ever happened to him. Im not being cocky but I am. And he will never find another woman that will stand by his ungrateful as* the way I have and put up with what I have. He isnt on drugs, off at all hours of the night doing god knows what, he's getting his sh*t together basically. I didnt tell him he was the best and is perfect for me. He is perfect in some way but in a lot more ways he still gotta work on somethings like he's jealous and tries to control me. I know I can do better than him but I dont want them I want him and I told him. "I know I can do better than you but I dont want him I want you and I love you" All that being said should I have lied to him? I dont like making him feel bad or hurting him which is what I did when I told him that but isnt lying worse? What would you have done in the situation or what have you done when put in a position like that?

I am curious about this for the couples that are very close to a separation and divorcing deal. If the wife is no longer happy and does not love the husband anymore, does she give the guys a very hard time for him to leave????????? Does she become an extreme "b" for the man to get out of her life and her kids???? Thanks guy for your honest answers.

I love my husband alot. I tell him often. We have been together for 13 years and I know that he loves me but he has a hard time showing it. His parents were not the greatest of people to show him how to be part of a relationship. I don't fear he will cheat but I do want those small things now and again. He finds that hard to do. It's not "normal" for him, he didn't grow-up with that. Please help with any advice you can give. Thanks!
