How long was your break? when did you guys/girls get back?

I dated this guy and yet we were apart for 4 or 5 years picked back up because I felt I had to mature for him so that we could make it in a relationship! Yet when I came back we didn't last but 2 years because during my grow up process I had out grown him and he wasn't ready for me in a relationship! He was very immature..... His life was full of chaos and drama!

When we first met, we each had just gotten out of a relationship and it was really bad timing so we broke up. We stayed friends and hung out with our mutual friends all of the time.
Five years after we broke up, I called him to see if he wanted to go to a soccer game with me. We've been together ever since and are so in love : )

I had it offered...and a third and a fourth..but never took it. He was a jerk the first time, and I saw nothing that indicated anything had changed.
