How did you know he/she was the one? Did you know you wanted to marry this person a long time before you asked/accepted proposal? What would you contribute to keeping your marriage "happy?" What age do you think is the appropriate time to marry? What would you say to someone you cared about regarding qualities in a mate (make sure they have do this/don't have or do this)......just anything you want to tell me. Thanks!!!! I am doing well single, but don't know very many happy married couples. I want to do it right when it's time.

I (the guy) always wants sex! She (the girl) never wants sex! We have been together for 3 years and married for 1 and now sex is almost non-existent.
Maybe you women know more than I, but when I ask, she gives me the excuse something about "discharge and that she feels uncomfortable and embarrassed" Another thing is she wont have good ole dirty sex. she has to be clean out of the shower, so I cant be fun and spontaneous with her where ever. I tell her to not be embarrassed because I do not mind - does not matter to her. Is this just an excuse? I dont think I can last much longer. I've tried ignoring it, doesn't work. I've tried masturbation, gets old and boring. I've tried to spice it up, null. I dont want divorce, and I dont want to cheat, I heard about swingers? Ha, ya right, dont think that will fly with her.
I dont know, just very sexually frustrated. There are a lot of people I can NOT have sex with, and only one I can have sex with, but I cant.

We always argue about money. He wants me to handle the finances, and I perfer it that way. Whenever I mention what he buys or how much he spends he snaps! Our budget is always pushed to the limit b/c he buys junk (games).

We both work and I dont want to deny him of his money but we just bought a house and we need to stick to a budget.

Any ways to bring it up w/o sounding like a nag?

I got married about a year ago and decided to keep my maiden name and hyphenate it to my husband name. But now I'm tired of having this long name that is difficult to spell. Can I change my mind and get rid of my maiden name to only keep my husband's name?
Can I just go to Social Security and tell them I want to change my last name again to only keep my spouse name?

Why don't you women just admit that you are ready for more lovers instead of pretending to be a prude because your "needs" or something were neglected.

All of my friends are married w/ children or have children, I have never experienced either one. I'm not a bad looking person, I'm just in no rush to get married and have children running all around me. Plus I don't want to end up marrying some guy just for the hell of it, so that people will get off my back about not being married or even being in a steady relationship at 28. What do ya'll think?

he has kids wife and other family he says he doesn't associate with his wife but kids from previous marriage and his wifes daughter meen alot to him would it be selfish to ask him to be with me through at least part of the holidays or should i just buckle down and wait for him to come to me? don't get me wrong we have never been together and he stopped comingto my workplace so none of his friends would go to his wife and tell her about me he has family property that he would loose if she got the chance to take it away, attached to his closest relatives. he hasn't done this and it is new to him so he has problems getting away. he makes me like me and he can put a smile on my face over the phone i haven't smiled this much in forever but i'm alone.

I discussed about love life with my host mom. She is 54 years old. She have had many relationships. She has more than 30 boyfriends. However, they relationships never last longer than 4 years. She love to read romance books---I knew deep down she is longing for the "soulmate" or " true love". Althought, she did not admit.

I told her --she jumps in and out off the relationship too quickly. She does not know how to really love, care, communicate, and compromine with her partners.

She did not respond me.

I am just wondering. From this information. Do you think I am right about this? Please advice. Thank you

I am 22 years old. Of course I want to learn from her mistake.

I have been married for 10 years and did not realize I was pushing my wife away. My wife started going through a bad depression after having our son. It took us 3 years to have him and had tried 3 more years to have another but no luck. I didn't realise how bad she was depressed and did not give her the love and attention she needed. She told me this weekend that she wants to leave me. Said that she loves me but is not in love with me. I know it is all my fault and am willing to do anything to gain her love back. I love her and our son very much and never meant to hurt her the way I did. What can I do to make her fall in love with me again?

stay mad at him all of the time. It seems like he does something everyday that upsets me or hurts my feelings or just plain pisses me off. I can't even say what it is that he's done. I take everything he says personally, even if he means it jokingly. I need to figure out why he's getting on my nerves so badly. I don't want to push him away. I need serious help. What in the world is going on with me??

would you rather have a wife who was always down for sex or a wife who only gives it to you sometimes? i know what the obvious answer might be but think about it..if she only gave it up sometimes would it make those times more fun and special? would it be easier for you to get bored if she was always in the mood?
