Marriage & Divorce - 24 November 2007

I met this girl. Shes married. Im nearly married. But neither of us are happy in our current relationships. Things have gotten pretty hot and heavy and its only a matter of time before the Apple is bitten into. Why is it so tempting? The thought of becoming single first hasnt really entered either of our minds. Do I just need complication in my life to feel complete?

i have been married for 5 years and my wife keeps fighting with me no reason what so ever. my wifes brother moved in with us so he might make her feel better but he is 13 and i am 25 he keeps being rude and swearing at me i told my wife and she just tells him off slighty then does not bother but when tell him off she takes his side and starts fightning with me. he only moved in 4 months ago. problems were from start. now she wont tell him to go back to his parents house and i have complained to his parents but they don,t bother either. i am very stuck as i love my wife. but she loves me only when she needs something or if i help her family financely then she is sometimes happy. i am really sick of this marriage life. i feel like i am caged in no air. all you guys and girls please tell me what i should do? should i keep or divorce her? asap help plz plz i am really upset. i am a person who minds his own business but still worlds so cruel to me!!!

I have asked my husband to be honest (long story) I am on the edge of divorce and he knows he needs to be honest for this to work, but he tells stupid lies to make himself look better to others. His lies become a story and then take on a life of themselves. He denies them even when I flat out catch him. Guys what the heck?

My husband is coming home from iraq in 38 days!!! He's been gone for 15 months. I don't know how i'm going to get through the next 38 day's, the things i use to do before to get my mind off of him coming home arent working anymore it just gets me more anxious. Man works seven days a week eight hours a day
Goes two nights a week to college to make a better life for his family
Dead tired but goes to parents teachers meeting for all his children

All the women whom he married left him for a fun loving man
They said he was to honest and dedicated to his family including them
Hes been going it alone now for seven years
Will be graduating with a four year degree in two more yeares
So tired he hw wants to drop
Told oldest children they are to stay in school and let him support the family
Firdst child is now entering college . All children love their father and are getting raves in school for good grades
Children have clean clothes but not a lot. He does the laundry and cooking
Leaves it for them before he struggles to work Paying for adult babysitter when hes not home

ok so sadly im 24 and never worked. i got my cna lisenses a few years back but there no good no more. im not lazy i just got out of a 10 yr relationship (we were married 5 yrs) and he was very controling and basicly i never had a life im just now trying to get my life back in control its hard for me cause i been told for so long im stupid ...ect. so i feel like i cant get a job. i think that a employer would look at my age and see have no experence and pass me over. please help. thanks

My boyfriend and I have been dating now for 4 months. He's married and has three kids, all over the age of 12. His wife is NOT the mother of his children. He has only been married to her for almost a year. His two oldest kids know about us and have met me. His son calls me, emails me, and begs to come visit me.

A month ago, he told me that he was going to ask his wife for a seperation. Now, he says that he doesn't want to leave his wife right now, because his 12 yr old is attached to her. He says I need to have patience and it will happen. He says he only married his wife because the kids liked her and he felt that they needed a mother figure.
Now, his two oldest kids are asking him not to change anything at home.

Him and I work at the same place, 2 hours from his hometown. He basically lives with me and only goes home four days a month, since he works so much overtime.

Am I fooling myself, or do I just need to have patience?

He only wants to be catholic. I am open to exploring all religions however, except for catholic. What do we do? Friends have suggested getting married in both churches.... but then our children will be another issue. He insists on catholic, why would i want that if I don't want to convert to catholic.??? My wife has filed for divorce but there is something that I need to clarify first before this divorce is agreed upon. The problem is that I have a court order that I cannot contact her even via third party. Our only connection is a car loan and the paper says that we have agreed that she will take over payments and ownership of the vehicle. We have not even talked personally. The only thing that was said was me giving her the account number (through my lawyer) so she could make the car payment. I want my name removed from the loan not just for her to take over payments.
I wanted to know when I write my response to her lawyer is this considered contesting the divorce? And also, if my response ends up being unsuccessful, would it be too late to get a lawyer?
I am wanting to know if this response will be considered contested and will I need a lawyer because if it is not contested then I can just my current defense lawyer (if I need one).

I'm very happily married to a bloke i find totally gorgeous, but I find that, at different times in the month, I get different amounts of drive. For about two weeks, I can't get enough of it, & almost wear him out, but then the other 2 weeks, I'm not so enthusiastic. It's not that i don't WANT to, it's just that I find it harder to 'get in the zone' mentally. What can I do to increase my drive in those times? (He's great at what he does by the way!! I found out that my husband is still seeing his mistress. He has been going to her house during his lunch breaks and sneaking off to her house after work some nights.

He had an affair for 2 1/2 years and they lived together for 1. He begged to come home and finally did. So why can't he just let go of the mistress? He acts like everything is okay when he is at home, but he is still seeing her. I just don't understand. I think he is just sad and misses her, but I think he will stop seeing her. Well now she has been adopted by her step father and has changed her last name. He wants to know since that has happened does he still have to pay current child support. I have no clue and it's none of my business, I just told him I would see if I could find out. I'll check with the child support agency asap but I thought maybe one of you might know.
