Marriage & Divorce - 24 November 2007

My ex receives over $1800 per month in child support for my three kids with her.

Since our divorce, she remarried and had a fourth child. At that time both she and her new husband were working. Neither of them was making a lot of money, but there was income. But now both of them are without a job and have been for the past 9 months. Their only income comes from the child support I'm paying for my kids.

Does this count as child abuse and neglect? Since neither of them make any money, how is their child supported?

My husbands wanrs me to sign adocument saying we are legally seperated but living under the same roof.
I think separated means one of us leaves !

His wife was put on probation for 2 yrs , violated that and was put in jail for a total of 3 months. Because she beat my son on a number of occasions. One time to the point of fracturing his face. She filed for divorce while she was in jail, when she got out to put her affairs in order before she went back in she got pregnant by someone else.

I am on my second marriage, me and my husband have been married for a year. Everything was going great, I found out we are having a baby, I got a new job that I love, everything was fine, until his 19 year old calls from college saying he was expelled. My husband of course said he can stay with us until he finds a new school to get into. My husband has not been in his kids life as much as he wants so I understand that he feels some guilt and would like to do what he can now that he has the chance. I am just dealing with an adult child though, he does not clean up after him self, he wastes food, he has things plugged in to every outlet, it drives me crazy. If I bring anthing up to my husband, he becomes defensive and thinks I hate his kids. It drives me crazy, he totally misses the point when I try and talk to him. All I want my husband to know is to make sure his son is cleaning up after him self, and not wasting things, I do not want any added stress.

This past few weeks have been really akward. Ever since i cheated on my husband, its like he wont even look at me. yeah yeah, i know, i CHEATED its just that i married to early and after some time i missed just having men follow me all night. I don't need to be told what i did was wrong, i know that, and i feel like SH!T. I love him so much, and he doesn't do anything wrong, he says he still loves me but he told me that the reason he hasn't packed his things was becasue of our 3 year old girl who needs both of us. He said he forgave me but even still i've been trying so hard to make him smile. When i make dinner just for the two of us to talk, he keeps saying he eats out and just sleeps in the couch nowadays. No matter how i try, even when i try to sleep next to him, he just walks outside and smokes, which is a habbit we used to work on getting rid off together. after some point i just locked us in a room together and told him to hit me as F*cking hard as he could because i want him to get all his emotions out on me becasue im so scared he'll leave me one day for some other woman

My parents have been fighting verbally for the past few nights.
It all starting on Monday (11/19).
My mom told my dad that her side of the family would be coming along with his parents (his parents live closer to us than his siblings, so only they come.)
By this, my mom's twin sisters and their husbands, and 12 kids all together would be coming. with my uncle and his daughter.Also, my mom's parents.

My mom's parents hate my dad's parents and my dad.
my dad had already told my mom they couldn't come, but then she said that their oven didn't work and they couldn't have their own dinner.
My mom's family left yesterday.
My dad and my mom are now fighting about my grades, how I inherited my know-nothing brains from my mom's side of the family.
I failed ONE class. Only because, my homework was hard and my parents cannot speak Latin, so I couldn't understand it.
I think they might get a divorce, what can I do?

this is related to the question my children father is trying to get full custody.Okay my son 14 yrs.told me today that while I was away his father beat him twice which was really bad he says. I have been married for 6 months now and very happily at that. But I have a slight problem. My wife seems to a be a responsible robot in the relationship...

90% of the time I ask for sex although she always responds well. I know thats ok, because usually women have a lower sex drive. Me, I never had anyone to share anything with and I open my heart out to her. I want to spend a lot of time with her, I want to talk about everything with her, both good and bad, tell her my problems, share my success. And she is very good person to talk to. She listens, argues, advices and lightly disapproves.

Problem is, she hasn't opened up. She doesn't like to tell me anything about her life. She bottles them up inside her and thinks them over by herself. She tells me things, but I can feel that its all small things. She never truly shares anything. Also, she needs a lot of space. She never tells me but I can feel it. She doesn't like to be tied down to something.

My mother sides with her nephew my cousin.Cousin-Nephew-
1.took money from my mother said will give to his father for 5+ years hasnt given money over to his own father lies about it to his own father asks my mother to do same and she did.
2.took us in a car drunk nearly killing us(with my 12 yr old sibling in the car)
3.till date has come to our house 3 times only to question me.
4.give my number which he got from my mother to his drunk male friends
5.got in trouble with underworld & tried to pimp me to a mafiasco whose in love with me in return for his freedom.
6.when i refused said i would get into trouble with mafiasco
7.harassing in various ways stones my house,sleeps with hos,gets power money by telling on me with mafiasco,is a drunk,comes home when alone to get abusive.
8.date every guy turns out to be friends of his & mafiasco.
9.tried to get me to kill myself(my aunt killed herself).
10.my mother side with him knowing everything.
This is for real wont leave me alone

I just thought of this...I am 35 yrs old and i have a 9 yr old daughter and a 21 month old son. My relationship with my mother has recently taken a huge downward spiral. My boyfriend just bought a car. We have been together for almost two years and he hasn't spoken one word to his wife for just as long. He hasn't filed for a divorce yet, due to financial difficulties (the car he bought is a 1999 and the payments are very low) but does anyone know if his wife would be entitled to half of the car if he were to go file for divorce? Keep in mind they havent been together for over two years, and any judge would grant him a divorce just on the grounds that she is a prostitue and a drug user ( been arrested several times for these offenses in the past years & is the reason why he left her)
